This book's step-by-step plan shows you how to lose weight and improve your health. Dr. Shintani also introduces you to his revolutionary Shintani Mass Index (SMI), an easy way to evaluate the weight loss potential of different foods, to show you how to choose food that help you lose weight. You'll get a 3-Week Menu Plan, which includes 21 days of daily menus and tasty recipes, including "Hula Grill's Ginger Pineapple Chicken," spicy, full-flavored "Barbecued Baked Beans" or hearty, filling "Chunky Two-Bean Chili," a favorite that's even better the next day.
